i have to baby cribs that are white by the manufacturer.. is it possible to paint them a dark wood color? to match the rest of the furniture? thanks and any site would be helpful.. my googling doesnt seem to pull anything up!
I have a wood bed, bedside table, and dresser that are black. I want to paint them a lighter color to brighten up my bedroom. For wall color, I’m thinking about maybe a light yellow. What color do you think would look nice for the furniture with yellow walls? Do you think it could possibly look bad if the furniture was just a solid, painted color with no wood grain showing through?

The room is yellow with white door and a white closet door and white ceilinq.
However, my book shelf furniture is cherry brown.
My aunt is buyinq me the crib, which color shuld she get to match the room ?
White, light brown or dark brown ?
Im getting ready to start decorating my sons nursery. The only problem is trying to decide what color baby bed and dresser to get? I thought white would look god but my mom suggest natural color wood. The reason for me wanting white is bc i already have a bed in that room for when he gets older and b/c i have nowhere else to put it. The bed frame is white so i figure a white baby bed would look better. Would natural wood look ok with that or what do you think? Im totally clueless, i just want his room to look good. The bedroom color is bright orange if that helps. It was painted that before i found out i was pregnant, I dont feel like changing it. Suggestions please !!! Thanks!
I just found out last week I am having a little girl and have no idea where to start with her room. I do not have anything in the way of furniture yet. Starting from scratch. The carpet is a beige color, and there is one window in the room. I really like the look of dark cherry furniture, but am flexible if the right idea comes along. I dont wanna get super-girly or overdo the themes. Just a classy looking room would be great! Thank you so much for any input!
